Built on years of broadband sales data, Atlas Intelligence explains what’s driving sales, recommends the next move, and acts on it with operator approval

ST. LOUIS, October 19, 2026 – Atlas Digital Group, the commerce and intelligence platform built for broadband, today announced the launch of Atlas Intelligence, which connects every signal in the broadband sales journey to the decisions that move revenue, recommending the next best action and carrying it out, with operator approval, through the buyflows, CRM, and messaging Atlas already runs. Atlas Intelligence is now in early access with select Atlas operators, and access is expanding.

Atlas has always sold by context, shaping every sales experience around the address behind each sale, the market, the sales channel, the campaign that brought a shopper in, the offer presented, and the point where a sale stalled. Atlas Intelligence puts that context to work. It brings together the signals Atlas captures across the marketing and sales journey, industry benchmarks, and AI, with analysis available on demand, down to the address.

Atlas has long turned that context into results. Operators typically see a three- to five-fold improvement in conversion after launching on Atlas, and the gains continue well after launch. One established Atlas client grew monthly online revenue 65% and session conversion 89% in the three months after Atlas used its insights to update the client’s buyflow and offer strategy.

“Broadband operators don’t need another static report telling them what happened. They need to understand why it happened and what to do about it,” said Mark Mihalevich, Founder and CEO of Atlas Digital Group.

“We’ve always captured the context behind every sale, and our business intelligence team has turned it into insights for our clients. Atlas Intelligence puts every signal to work, combining that context with what we’ve learned from years of helping broadband operators grow and AI that makes those insights available the moment operators need them. Operators can spot an opportunity, understand what’s behind it, and act on it, all in one place.”

Two Layers, One Platform

Atlas Intelligence is the intelligence layer of the Atlas platform. It works alongside the experience layer operators already sell through: address-aware buyflows and context-aware sales experiences across eCommerce, field sales, inbound and outbound agents, and retail. The intelligence layer learns and proposes. The experience layer executes, with the operator in control.

Intelligence Built for Broadband Sales

A general-purpose AI tool connected to an operator’s systems can only report on the data it is given. Atlas Intelligence reads the Atlas Data Model, a proprietary, standardized record built for broadband sales. Every Atlas operator runs on the same data model, tagged consistently from day one, with thousands of signals behind every sale, from sessions and campaigns to serviceability, offers, carts, orders, and installs. Because every answer computes through the same definitions as the operator’s reports, an answer never contradicts a dashboard.

Individual operator data remains isolated and confidential. Aggregated industry benchmarks, never another company’s figures, put each operator’s performance in broader context by market type and build stage. Operators can see how many visits, channels, and offers it takes shoppers to convert in each market, or how sales hold up where a competing provider also serves the address. Those insights help operators optimize marketing spend, offer strategy, and channel mix.

From Insight to Action

Most AI strategies have to build a way to act on what they find. Atlas was born with one. Atlas already runs the buyflows, CRM, messaging, and order orchestration operators sell through, so every recommendation lands in a system that can carry it out.

Atlas Intelligence can, for example, recommend and draft an abandoned-cart retargeting campaign, an A/B test on a plan page, or a follow-up message for a stalled order, or prioritize the addresses a field sales agent should visit next. Anything Atlas Intelligence writes or recommends is clearly marked, and nothing reaches shoppers until the operator approves it. Every action is logged and measured, and its outcome becomes the next signal. Over time, operators will be able to choose which types of action can run on their own.

Ask Atlas: Ask. Recommend. Act.

Ask Atlas is how operators talk to Atlas Intelligence. An operator can ask, in plain language, how its abandoned-cart rate compares with industry benchmarks or what an offer change did to sales. Ask Atlas returns an analyst-grade answer with the chart behind it, the filters it applied, what the finding means for revenue, and a recommended next step the operator can approve. Every answer is grounded in the operator’s own data and shows its work, so operators can trust what they’re acting on. Ask Atlas can also chart any measure an operator cares about, pin it to a dashboard, or build a new dashboard on the spot simply by describing what to track. Operators can share those custom views with their team, and each person sees the same widgets filtered to their own markets.

Atlas Intelligence will increasingly extend across Atlas through proactive insights, monitoring, and automated action, leveling the playing field for regional operators with sales analysis and execution once available only to the largest providers.
