Atlas Digital Group Announces Strong Midyear Performance for 2024

ST.LOUIS, July 29, 2024 – Atlas Digital Group, the leading omnichannel commerce company for the broadband industry, announced strong midyear performance for 2024. The company serves regional broadband operators with its Atlas CORE solution, bringing innovative customer acquisition capabilities to broadband operators of all sizes. The company’s cloud and managed services model continues to experience rapid growth throughout 2024, building from a banner year in 2023.

 

Atlas Digital clients increase their market share rapidly through innovative and nimble customer acquisition experiences enabled by the Atlas CORE platform. The company has added 12 new broadband operators in the first six months of 2024, up from 9 in financial year end 2023. Atlas Digital has delivered more than $850 million in annual recurring revenue for regional operators by enabling dynamic sales experiences to millions of homes throughout more than half of U.S. states and powering broadband sales for eCommerce, field sales, inbound and retail sales channels.

The company’s achievements for the first half of 2024 include:

  • Growth: as noted, the company has achieved phenomenal growth with revenue up 33% year over year, driven by existing client growth and 6 operators launching in the first half of 2024. Atlas is pacing for another record year in recurring and total revenue for2024.
  • Client partnerships: Atlas has eclipsed 20,000 monthly client sales transactions, and its +90 Net Promoter Score speaks to the outstanding service that Atlas delivers.
  • Innovation and operational rigor: The company continues to enhance its operations to better align resources     and processes to support the diverse needs of its growing client base as the business scales.
  • Broadband Labels offering: Atlas launched an offering to help clients comply with the Federal Communication Commission’s Broadband Labels order, which went into effect on April 10. Atlas ensures that an operator’s eCommerce site includes all the required information that must be displayed on a broadband label, such as pricing, data allowances and privacy policies.  
  • Go-to-market: Atlas launched a rebrand that includes the roll-out of three distinct product tiers, a new website and a refreshed visual identity. The updated brand makes it easier for customers to differentiate and choose Atlas in the marketplace.
  • Partnerships. Atlas and GLDS announced a partnership to integrate Atlas Digital's customer acquisition     capabilities with GLDS’s BroadHub platform. This collaboration gives operators a best-in-class sales to installation capability that combines Atlas CORE's eCommerce and sales optimization with BroadHub's subscriber     management, billing and workforce management features. More partnerships will be announced soon.
  • Platform flexibility: the company continues to invest into making Atlas CORE a more flexible platform by extended its ecosystem of integrations to more than 40 third-party applications. Atlas CORE can operate to deliver sales in a headless/untethered fashion or automate order flows to a growing roster of business support     systems/operations support systems.
